How do I purchase online?
1) Choose the products you want from our available catalog and place the order by adding them to your cart. Once you finish, go to the payment screen.
2) Provide the information requested in the form.
3) Make your payment, we have various payment methods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have several payment options for you, you can pay through Kuesky Pay, Aplazo, Paypal, bank transfer, card or directly at the window of the bank of your choice.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order within the next 24 business hours. Once processed, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (it may vary to more days depending on the distance and parcel service).
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been prepared, you will receive an email to the email address you registered at the time of your purchase with the shipping details (package and tracking number). You can monitor it directly through the parcel service website. If you do not receive this email, contact: sskadshop@gmail.com
What is in-store pickup?
In the in-store pickup process, the customer places their order online and pays for it securely through the website. The store then prepares the order and drops it off at the physical store. When the product is available in the store, a notification is sent to the customer so they can pick it up. We currently only have one branch in Chiapas. When choosing the store, the address appears. If you mistakenly selected that option and you are from another state, by selecting that option your order will be canceled and your refund will be made within 24 hours.
