Exchange and Return Policy
Below are our sales policies and the terms and conditions of the Internet portal, whose domain name is www.skadonline.com, property of Novedades Dakar.
By browsing our website you agree to these policies and terms and conditions. If you have any questions, complaints or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp, inbox, sending us a message or through our social networks Facebook or Instagram.
In case you do not agree with our processing and delivery times, you have only 24 hours after you placed your order to send an email to the address sskadshop@gmail.com stating that you wish to cancel your order. Our advisors will review your request and if appropriate, we will refund the amounts you paid us for that product(s). The refund will be made through an electronic wallet credited to your account.
If you do not express your desire to cancel your order within the 24 hours described in the previous paragraph, then you will not be able to make any direct or indirect claim to Novedades Dakar. In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
In the event that we do not have in stock any of the products you selected in your order, we will inform you within 24 business hours following the placing of your order, by email, of the options, processing times and delivery of your product. In the event that your order contains out-of-stock and irreplaceable products, you will be asked to choose one or more of equal or lower price according to the amount, or a partial or total refund of your order will be made to an electronic wallet.
In case you do not agree with the above, you have only 24 business hours after receiving the email from our Dakar News Advisor, to send an email to the address sskadshop@gmail.com stating that you wish to cancel your order, our advisors will review your request and if appropriate, we will refund the amounts you paid us for that product(s). Promotions or liquidations
It is important that you consider that:
For products with promotions, exchanges do not apply (only returns due to default). In the case of clearance products, there will be no exchanges.
The promotions stated here are not exclusive and may vary or be replaced without prior notice. “Promotion on promotion” does not apply, that is, you cannot use a discount coupon if another discount coupon is active.
Return policy
Return for Exchange and/or for Taste
Dakar News does not allow returns for exchange and/or for taste, for this you have 24 hours from the start of your order, to proceed with the cancellation, before your product is shipped. Otherwise we cannot proceed with the cancellation or refund as mentioned above.
Return for Defect
Please note that to start the process you must request it according to the parameters established in the RETURN POLICY section of these Policies.
If you receive your product and realize that it has a defect or, within the warranty period, it has a factory defect, you can return it. To do so, you have 7 calendar days to request a return due to a defect, counting from the date of your purchase. It is important that you request your return within the established time, otherwise we will not be able to help you.
It is important to remember that clearance merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned due to defects.
To make your return due to a defect, it is necessary that the product has the following characteristics and that you follow these steps:
Send a copy of the purchase ticket or proof of purchase of the product, as well as photographs of the product to the email address sskadshop@gmail.com. You will be notified by this means if your return was authorized.
Pack the product in the box or wrapping of your choice for shipping. The address where you must send your package is already included in the Return Form that we refer to in the following point.
Print and paste the Defect return form on the outside of the package, which you must request by email at sskadshop@gmail.com
Request the tracking number by email to sskadshop@gmail.com, which will allow you to send your package at no cost to you.
Once you have made the shipment, you must notify us by email at sskadshop@gmail.com, referring to the confirmation and tracking number of your return, which will allow us to properly track your request.
Upon receiving your order, we will review the case and notify you by email when your credit balance is credited, which will be equivalent to the value of the returned product. To make use of it, it is important that you read our Refund Policies.
It is important that you do not modify the default return format and confirm that all the data you enter is correct, such as the name, customer number and parts you wish to exchange. We are not responsible for incorrect or erroneous data that the customer enters in the default Return format.
Note: If any product does not meet the requirements mentioned above or is sent without being specified and authorized in the default Return Form, it cannot be processed and will be returned to its initial address.
Warranty Policy
All our products have a 15-day warranty from the date of purchase. If you need to redeem it, you must adhere to the provisions of our Return Policies.
Refund Policy
In the event that any of our Return policies apply, we will notify you by email when your credit balance will be available (refund), which will be equivalent to the product. We will also send you a coupon for the equivalent of your credit balance. Under no circumstances will cash be refunded.
Return of Promotion or Clearance Products
For our promotional products, only the Return for Defect applies, which you must request according to the parameters established in the Return for Defect section of these Policies, while for clearance products there are no changes or refunds, we suggest you take the above into account before making your purchase.
