Orders are shipped 3 to 5 business days after receiving your payment.

We only use renowned courier companies. Your Dakar News Sales Advisor will determine which courier company best suits your geographic area.

Please note that the costs of our products or accessories do not include the cost of shipping, so before finalizing your order, you will be able to view the breakdown of your payment, where the cost of your shipment will be specified, which is provided by the assigned courier, for which reason Novedades Dakar is not responsible for the assessed cost or variations to it; once you make your payment and your order has been sent, it will be understood that (the user) accepts and recognizes the terms and costs of shipping your order.

Please note that your product will be sent to the address you provided when you placed your order, so we will not be able to change the information you provided and www.skadonline.com will not be responsible for any inconveniences that may arise with your order due to incorrect or inaccurate information.

We would like to remind you that we are always on the lookout for the delivery of your order, however the parcel service is provided by a third party other than Novedades Dakar. Dakar is not responsible for any change in coverage, variation in shipping costs, delays or loss of the product due to the parcel service. We ask that you keep an eye on your order directly with the parcel company. You can request via email to your sales advisor to provide you with the tracking number so that you can monitor it closely.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IN-STORE PICKUP

 

 

1.When “The Products” are ready for delivery, in the corresponding “SKADONLINE” physical store, “The Clients” will receive an email at the email address they provided in “The Account” with the title Your merchandise is ready!

Please note that delivery date may vary depending on inventory available for delivery.

 

2. From the moment “Customers” receive the email mentioned in the previous section, they will have 15 (fifteen) calendar days to pick up “The Products” at the chosen store, from Monday to Sunday from its opening and up to 30 (thirty) minutes before the closing of the stores, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the refund will be applied to the payment method with which the purchase was made and in accordance with the return procedure described in this document. It is important to note that “Customers” must provide the order number and official identification to pick up “The Products”.

 

3.Service hours 11am - 6pm Monday to Saturday

4.Applies to all purchases made using the Skadonline store pickup option (online sales)

5 The same product warranty and product satisfaction policies apply

6 For the delivery of products, official identification of the person who made the purchase or the person designated to pick up must be presented.

7 We cannot make partial deliveries of products for this delivery method or for in-store pickup.
